We are seeking an experience Service Manager for a 5-bed supported living service for 16-17yr olds based within the Carlton Area.
The service is newly registered with Ofsted and as such the Service Manager will be taking an active role in the development of the service including gaining and welcoming new residents into the service and ensuring that the service is fully compliant with the Ofsted regulations.
You will be responsible for:
– The development of a newly incorporated service
– Recruitment of your team members
– Keeping up-to-date with all relevant Ofsted regulations and ensuring that the service remains compliant and safe.
– Overseeing the care of the residents to ensure that their development remains a key priority at all times.
You will be working from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend visits to the service to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS Certificate that is registered on the update service
– A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services
– A minimum of 2 years of management experience working with Young People within the past 5 years.
– Full up-to-date CV
– The ability to provide professional references.
– Be readily available to attend a two stage interview process.
