If you are an experienced Care Assistant you could be working in a beautiful care home based in the Nuthall area of Nottingham.
The home accommodates for up to 80 residents who are living with age-related illnesses such as dementia.
You will follow personalised care plans, ensuring you deliver the highest standard of care. You will be supporting the emotional wellbeing by engaging with residents, in a friendly manner and acting as familiar face.
You will be required to carry out domestic duties such as cleaning to ensure the home is kept to the highest standards.
Every day in this role will be different, therefore, we are looking for someone who is passionate about care in all areas and willing to take on a challenge.
To demonstrate your experience and suitability for the role of Care Assistant you will need:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and Moving & Handling training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
Due to the location of the home, it is essential that you have your own transport.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
