We are looking for experienced Support Workers to cover weekend shifts and work alongside our client and their established team. Our client prides themselves on providing high quality, safe person-centred care. It is important to our client to promote independence, choice, privacy, and dignity.
Duties will include
– Providing support / encouragement with personal care, whilst promoting choice and dignity throughout.
– Assist with all aspects of nutritional and hydration needs.
– Participating in any activities booked in for service users each day.
– Encourage and develop knowledge of life skills and tasks.
To apply for this role, you must:
Have 12 months experience within a UK Care Home Setting
Able to provide references covering the last 2 years of work
Have an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service if not
