Regular weekend hours offering weekly pay available for an experienced Support Worker within a beautiful support-living service located in the rural location of Yoxall in the Staffordshire Countryside.
If you have experience of supporting residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions within a formal support setting then this could be just the role for you!
The home accommodates up to 11 service users and they specialise in care for:
– Learning disabilities
– Mental health conditions
– Physical disabilities
– Sensory impairments
Your role will be to follow individual personalised care plans with helping the residents to live as independently as possible. There may be aspects of personal care that would need to be carried out.
Every day will be different in this role, but other responsibilities may include reporting condition updates, reporting any incidents to senior staff and general housekeeping.

To be suitable for this position you must have:
– An Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months
– Up to date mandatory training
– A Referenceable work history
– At least 3 months experience within a similar setting
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!
