We are seeking experienced support workers for immediate start positions within a highly regarded supported living unit in Derby.
In this role, you will provide essential support to young people aged 16, helping them develop the life skills necessary for independent living by the age of 18. Many of our service users have experienced trauma, requiring a calm and patient individual to assist them in overcoming their past and looking forward to a brighter future.
You will follow structured plans to support service users with daily tasks, including cooking, cleaning, personal care, and participating in activities outside the home.

For this role, you must have;
– A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
– A DBS dated within the last 12 months or the facility to pay for one
– All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or the facility to pay for these.
– A passion to make a difference
